Emmer, Extract the 7zip file, Open Google Earth, go to File -> Open -> and look for the KMZ file, you open it and you're in the program. Or the easy version: double click in the KMZ file.

Brilliant! Many thanks for this. Just when I realised that the download map TC-1 doesn't cover Tbilisi, I came across you very useful download.
I've just got one question. Just one question; do you please have the frequencies for Tbilisi-Lochini? I could not see them on your .KMZ file.

Kamov500 the Tbilisi-Lochini frequencies are in the file, I just checked now, there must be some mistake. The only thing I can think of is that you delete the file from Google Earth and back to open it.
