Description of Payment Process

1. Select the product you wish to purchase. Note: that you will first need to log in before making a payment. (Fig.1)

2. Click the "Pay by PROTX" button to begin the payment process.

3. During the payment process, your browser may be redirected to the License Agreement page. In such a case, click the "Accept" button on the License Agreement page after reading it thoroughly. You will then be directed back to the PROTX payment system (Fig.2). If you do not agree to the License Agreement, click the "Decline" button to cancel the payment process.

Payment System

The PROTX payment system will now require that you complete the payment form with a credit card number, payment method, card holder name, expiration date, security code, billing address and billing post code (Fig.2).

Once you have entered the requested data, click the "proceed" button at the bottom of the page to start the credit card verification process. If the credit card data is valid, you will then be presented with a confirmation screen (Fig.3) where you will provide final confirmation of your purchase.

If you choose to cancel the transaction, your browser will be redirected to Failure page (Fig.7). If you choose to continue the transaction, the verification process will continue and you will be directed to the Successful Payment page (Fig.4) if the verification passed.

Successful Payment

After a successful payment, your browser will be automatically redirected to the successful order completion page. This page provides a receipt of the purchased product (Fig.4).

At this point you may access the purchased product by clicking on the link below the purchased product information.

All payment activities can by viewed on the Payments page (Fig.6) by clicking "Payments" button on the personal navigation menu (Fig.5).

Failure Payment

If you choose to cancel the transaction, the transaction was not authorized, or a payment error occurred, you will be redirected automatically to the Failure page. This page provides complete information about a failed transaction, including: transaction ID, status, a detailed description of the failure, and instructions on how to contact the support team and the information that they will need to assist you (Fig.7).
